HMRC introduce late RTI filing penalties from October 2014

  October 2014 From 6th October 2014 employers with more than 50 employees that fail to send RTI information on time may be issued with a late filing penalty. For employers with less than 50 employees these new penalties will apply from 6 March 2015. For more information please refer to the HMRC guidance.
